Exceptional service and product knowledg

I came in two weeks ago to have a vehicle key cut. The previous two shops I had been to were both unable to help me. Theses guys were so incredibly helpful and very kind. It was refreshing to leave a shop feeling elated. Highly recommended 👌

Excellent service. We had a tricky problem with an unusual door and they managed to get a specialist in to sort it out. Very satisfied

Can't begin to thank this great team for all their hard work in blistering heat - everything carried out with good humour, patience, kindness and attention to detail. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always head here for keys, friendly, helpful and more than reasonably priced.

Great service again thank you so much for getting this sorted for me . First class service and lovely people

The fella in there looked after me so well I would never go anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic service at a competitive rate (digger key guys) again many thanks

Absolutely brilliant … definitely my go to locksmiths now.. my good friend recommended Brentwood lock & safe to me, so I was quite confident to use them. They were very quick to rescue us with sensible pricing too, was expecting a big fee after seeing a watchdog program on some other companies. I can see why Brentwood lock & safe are still in business,we had a faultless service..really lovely staff & locksmiths. quick & efficient thank you

Cannot praise them too highly! I lost the key to my garden shed and they came out same day to help me - with no charge. Really friendly - excellent service and people.

Great service form the Brentwoood lock and safe team. Arrived on time and they were able to fix an issue with a lock. Reasonably priced and provided a good service. Highly recommended.

Amazing service when needed in a emergency, can’t recommend highly enough

From start to finish, they were so very helpful. From Les and Brad giving advice and sourcing exactly what I needed at the price I wanted to pay. I was kept up to date with expected delivery dates and even received it earlier than was first thought. Then Tanya in accounts being polite and courteous with the payment side of things. Definitely will be using them again.

Brilliant! Quick, reliable friendly service. Bollards installed within a day of order

I can’t recommend this locksmith highly enough! My key snapped in the front door lock and they came out incredibly quickly. They managed to get me back into my house in no time and, rather than replacing the whole lock, they were able to fix it — saving me time and money. It’s so nice to find such an excellent, honest local company. I would highly recommend them for any of your locksmith needs!

Called them up and asked for help with a garage lock and they put me in the right hands!
Brilliant customer service and very reliable.

Very prompt attention, identifying the problem, engaging with the customer then solving the problem. All the things that the harassed customer wants. BLC deliver at a sensible price. Thanks particularly to Darryl.

Friendly staff who are always helpful. Will find what you need and make great recommendations.

After my 4th visit, just before going back a 5th time to Timpson (in one day) to get 3 front door keys cut, a friend recommended Lock and Safe! What a life saver, cut the keys once and they worked the first try - perfectly! Didn’t let me pay until I get my money back at Timpson and then I can go back and pay! Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

After visiting other key cutting services in Brentwood I would recommend coming here. The keys actually work and a fraction of the price. Great service.

Another 5 star visit from Brentwood lock and safe . We have used BLS in several occasions to change locks when we have moved house . So when our parents got locked out they were our first port of call and of course they didn't disappoint . From my call being answered to Brad turning up was a total of about 30 mins . Brad was the most delightful man and instantly set to the task successfully . Thanks guys you made a stressful situation much less stressful and you never fail in our expectations . Very highly recommend you always

My family and I have used Brentwood Lock and Safe for years, always amazing service. Les is pure salt of the earth, could not recommended enough.

We called Brentwood Lock & Safe this morning at around 8:30 as we had a broken door mechanism. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and arranged an appointment for an engineer to attend. A couple of hours later a chap called Andy turned up who effected an expert replacement of the internal workings of the multi point locking mechanism in very little time. What an excellent service all round from BL&S - Highly Recommended

They have consistently provided a professional service backed up with an impressive knowledge of all of the problems we've experienced (locks, safes, padlocks and all other security products). My dad has been using 'Les the lock' for years and always holds him in the highest regard.
